Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Sandro account or visit our guest return portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off point or schedule a home collection through our logistics partner via the link provided in your return confirmation.
